Lanco ultra siliconizer is a 100 acrylic elastomeric roof sealer that has been silicone modified to provide a thick high performance water and weather resistant seal on most roof surfaces. This coating with 575 elongation is internally plasticized to retain its mechanical properties for many years. It will significantly lower the interior temperature of the structure.

Lanco ultra siliconizer is a single component 100 acrylic silicone elastomeric for roofs and walls with outstanding adhesive properties that will provide a thick high performance water and weather resistant seal on most surfaces usually without need of a primer coating. When applied as directed it will provide a waterproof and weatherproof coating adhering tightly to any of the suggested surfaces and it will not crack or peel despite exposure to severe weather or wind driven rain.

Siliconizer crack filler is a 100 elastomeric styrene acrylic siliconizer crack filler is a 100 elastomeric styrene acrylic silicone modified white mastic for interior and exterior use. Due to a transition process lanco ultra siliconizer normally dries in half the time. It has excellent energy savings properties due to its sun and heat reflectance. It will significantly lower the interior temperature of the structure.
